
9 - The Great Spree
Set out on a grand snowmobile adventure through the Laurentians, Lanaudière and Mauricie. Over five days, travel approximately 160 km per day through snowy forests, mountains, frozen lakes and wilderness. Four nights in typical inns and outfitters, all meals and a guide complete this immersive experience for lovers of wide-open spaces.
DAY 1 – Saint-Hippolyte to Saint-Côme
Meet at Aventures Plein Air to meet your guide, take possession of your snowmobile and collect your equipment. You will also have time to prepare your luggage, which will be transported to your various accommodations.
After instructions on operating the vehicle and safety guidelines, head toward Saint-Côme. This first day will take you to Pourvoirie Coin Lavigne, where you will enjoy the peaceful surroundings, a good dinner and your first night of rest.
DAY 2 – Saint-Côme to Saint-Charles-de-Mandeville
After breakfast, return to the trails toward Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve, renowned for the quality of its routes and the beauty of its landscapes. With a little luck, you may spot deer, moose and other wildlife along the way.
At the end of the day, settle in at Auberge Relais Koubec in Saint-Charles-de-Mandeville for a good meal and a peaceful evening.
DAY 3 – Saint-Charles-de-Mandeville to Saint-Michel-des-Saints
Now comfortable at the controls of your snowmobile, set out to explore the wilderness surrounding Taureau Lake, a vast body of water offering spectacular winter scenery.
At the end of the day, reach Pourvoirie Pignon Rouge Mokokan. You will be welcomed into a rustic environment without electricity, where absolute tranquility and nature reign. An authentic experience in the heart of the Quebec forest.
DAY 4 – Saint-Michel-des-Saints to Saint-Zénon
Continue your expedition through the Lanaudière region and enjoy another day of riding on varied trails. Forests, mountains and wide-open spaces will unfold throughout the route.
Upon arrival in Saint-Zénon, Pourvoirie Réal Massé will welcome you in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Enjoy a good meal and some well-deserved rest before the final stage of your adventure.
DAY 5 – Return to Saint-Hippolyte
After breakfast, take control of your snowmobile again for a final day on the trails. Admire the winter landscapes of Lanaudière and the Laurentians one last time before returning to your starting point in Saint-Hippolyte and concluding this great expedition.
ACCOMMODATION
The package includes four nights spread across inns and outfitters located in the heart of nature: Pourvoirie Coin Lavigne, Auberge Relais Koubec, Pourvoirie Pignon Rouge Mokokan and Pourvoirie Réal Massé. Each stop will allow you to discover a different atmosphere and comfortably recharge before returning to the trails the following day.

Note: Cold-weather clothing (coat, pants, boots, and mittens) is available for rent at a cost of $20 CAD + taxes per person.
